Our Team

At NPM our day to day operations are run and over seen by the owner Ed Johnson and his son Austin Johnson. The knowledge of management, vision, and problem solving skills these two possess will truly amaze you. 

Ed has over 20 years in personalized property care and management with a background in construction and concrete he brings to work everyday. 

Austin has also been with NPM for the past 15 years. He along with Ed both hold a residential builders license and Austin also has his real estate license. Maintaining a personal connection with the properties and their owners remains a priority.

What Can We Do...

  • Airport car delivery and pick up.

  • All exterior spring clean up

  • All exterior fall clean up of all sites

  • All grass fertilizing/ weed control

  • All grass grub control

  • All grass areas: Dethatch and clean up,

  • All power washing as needed : decks, outside shower, furniture.

  • All annual flower planting.

  • Beach clean up, raking and power groom as needed.

  • Brush, limb and debris clean up remove from site.

  • Bring out and wash/clean all outdoor furniture.

  • Bring Cars out of storage

  • Bring out all water toys, clean and place near dock.

  • Change smoke detector batteries

  • Change furnace filters.

  • Clean Hot Tub

  • Complete house checks when vacant.

  • Complete cleaning of garage at carriage house after all furniture is out.

  • Complete house insect power spray. To be done by a licensed applicator.

  • Dock install and removal spring and fall.

  • Driveway blowing and rake out stone.

  • EPS Monitoring

  • Family special requests. Such as: moving furniture, prep bikes for rides, help with luggage, prep house for arrivals, wall hangings,

  • Garbage pick up weekly or as needed.

  • Grass cutting and trimming as needed.

  • Grocery shopping prior to arrival if desired

  • Install all mulch to beds and areas as needed.

  • Keep all beach toys in order and clean.

  • Keep firewood stocked in house and at beach.

  • Management of interior clean staff. Cleaners will bill direct.

  • Management of all on site projects. Weekly reports when projects are underway

  • Monitor hot tub chemicals and clean tub as needed.

  • Monitor all flowers, water and fertilize as needed.

  • Monitor bicycles and have service done if needed.

  • On site car washing as needed.

  • Open and winterize irrigation systems

  • Pick up and have on hand chemicals for hot tub.

  • Place all outdoor furniture as requested.

  • Purchase fresh flowers for arrivals and as desired

  • Set up hoist and boat install

  • Set up opening for Hot Tub

  • Set up Spring interior deep clean

  • Touch up painting.

  • Snow plowing.

  • Snow shoveling walks

  • Window washing once per year complete with touch up as needed.
